Earlier today in Shoreditch, we conducted maintenance and repairs on the IT cabinet which we have installed recently for our existing client and our engineer has experienced the worst electrical issue on site ever. This was due to an electrical trip or failure that caused all equipment to shut down in the IT cabinet. One of our experts attempted to restore power to the IT cabinet but was unsuccessful. Upon further inspection, the engineer discovered that the fuse in the electrical cabinet had tripped, and found that the fuses for both the Data and AMPS cabinets were also down. After resetting the fuse, the IT cabinet regained power and everything started up with the exception of the CCTV recorder. It was determined that the CCTV recorder needed to be replaced with a new one. Our team responded swiftly to the situation by utilizing equipment from our stock. As a result, the new system was operational with upgraded hard drives and configurations before the venue reopened later in the afternoon.
