The Tech Guys have been called to a top-level Night Club in Mayfair. Their CCTV system had serious gaps and issues; these problems were risking their license, and immediate action was needed.
We attended the site on the same day and did an in-depth cabling survey as a standard, especially in central London, where extremely complicated to cable retrospectively, primarily when the venue operates seven days a week.
The same day we proposed our plan and quoted, based on the acceptance; 2 days later, we attended the site after they closed at 3:30 AM and had 11 hours to complete the whole lot from start to finish.
Our team jumped on the job, re-cabled seven cameras, added and cabled six new cameras and installed 12MP fish eye cameras to establish 100% coverage across the whole venue, inside & out.
While the physical bit was covered in the venue, we re-used the existing recorder, re-configured it correctly, added more storage and enabled remote access and encryption.
Forty minutes before they reopened, the whole job was done, everything was installed, the entire site was left clean and tidy, passwords and access details were handed over, the job was done again by our superb team, and we gained another pleased customer.
The customer awarded us with more jobs already in some of their other venues based on their experience in their flagship club, a complete support plan covering their mobile phones, laptops, servers, network, CCTV, EPOS and alarm systems are also en route and being taken over by us in the upcoming weeks.
Doing even the most minor job perfectly, with tremendous attention to detail, brought us many jobs as usual…
